WP-PostRating’s Don’t Work On Theme

Anyone know why my post ratings don’t work on this theme

I have https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-postratings/ that installed.
I followed the instructions and like I can see them on the main page, but for some odd reason nobody can like rate a post?Any reason to why this might happen, I have a few other themes that I use and I posted the php code in the index.html file and it works fine, but for some odd reason it’s just this black theme I got ??
