WP posts to twitter – which plugin do you recommend?

Hi all. I’m looking for a plugin that will update twitter when I publish a new post in WP. I’ve looked through the plugins directory, and there seem to be quite a few plugins that will do this. Which one would you recommend? Is there one that’s considered the best one to use?

I don’t need tons of features. I just want something that will post the title and maybe (not necessary) an excerpt from my WP post to twitter, with a link back to WP so a person can view the whole post.
