WP-PostViews with w3tc : not working?

Hi, I have w3tc and Use AJAX To Update Views -> Yes
but it is not working.

it seems works good with w3tc(not sure but u have cache, right?), so, I’m missing specific configuration?? if it is, what should I do to make it works just like ur demo site??
