    hey,

I use WooCommerce , German Market (Marketpress) and WP Product Feed plugin for creating my Google Merchant feed.
German Market automatically stores a field for the GTIN in the products in WooCommerce. We use variable products.

Our feed can be seen here: https://officehelden.com/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/OfficeHelden-Merchant-Center-Feed.xml

In the feed itself I can only select these fields as GTIN:

My problem is the following: According to German Market, the GTIN is stored in the database field _gm_gtin. But this is not displayed via your plugin. When I select “variable_gtin”, which sounds really appropriate to me, the same GTIN is played out for each variant, even though each variant has its own GTIN… this causes our products to be rejected by Google.

What could be the reason for this? I really want to work with your plugin, but I really need your help so that the GTINS are really played out correctly….

    Many greetings,
    Tom

  • Hi @tomwenk ,

From your screenshot, I can see that you are using another plugin, not ours.

This means that you have submitted this issue in the wrong forum.

However, you are welcome to use our plugin and check if the issue is resolved with our plugin.

    Let me know.

    Thank you.
