    Did you tried re-installing the plugin (also, to the latest )? Maybe some files would have not been loaded? If you tried that and still not working, try disabling all the plugins except (WP Product Review Lite), and check if the problem still occurs. If problem is solved, enable the other plugins one by one and find the problematic one.
