Product details/options/prons/cons etc not saved in draft and when duplicating

    Hi,

    Since the last update, quite a few functionalities of the plugin stopped working as they should!
    I have the latest version of wordpress, and latest version of WP Product Review lite 3.5.1. I am using the wordpress block editor.

    Issue #1
    When I check the “Is this post a review?” inside a post, the WP Product Review section is enabled and I am able to insert all the attributes/details.
    When I save this as a draft, however, and come back later, everything disappears so I have to redo it again!! :/
    can you please fix this issue as this creates a problem? i.e. i can’t write a post/review and save it for publishing later.. I have to do publish it instantly if I do not wish to lose the product review settings :/

    Issue #2
    Previously I was able to duplicate a post, including akk the product review attributes using the “Duplicate Post” plugin. After the update, when I duplicate a post the product review attributes/details disappear on the new post. I am not sure if issue #2 relates to issue #1 – it could be because when duplicating the post, it is in draft mode…

    Another quick question – is there a way to change the “dash” to a star? If you have a look at the link, the 3 attributes under the product picture show “dashes” instead of stars.

    @matakiagr let me help solve you issue #1 first. Do you use Gutenberg or the Classic Editor? Do you use a page builder plugin/theme additionally? Can you provide some screenshots of the edit post screen?

    Hi @rozroz, I had to roll back to 3.4.1.

    I am using the Gutenberg editor. No page builders.

    The issue was also noticed by other people as well so I don’t think it’s my own website/themes.

    The issue was that when checking the “Is this post a review?” button the options appear fine. But when I filled them and saved the post as draft and came back to it later, the stats were not there and I had to redo them!

    Another issue I noticed before rolling back was that when editing a post which already had stats/prons etc in place, I was not able to see or edit the stats. If I clicked the “Is this post a review?” button again the stats dialog would show up but it would be empty.

    So that left me with no option other than to roll back.
    I have seen other people facing the same issues on this forum.

    Please look into it.
