WP Quiz plugin misbehaving

I created a quiz using the WP Quiz plugin. I linked it to the opt-in landing page, so that after someone puts in their email and hits “submit,” it redirects to the quiz.

When I created the quiz, it had a title in my brand font and a featured image. Ever since I connected it to the redirect button, the featured image is gone and the title is in the body font and size. How do I make these show upon redirect?

Also, does WP Quiz have a way to create a small introduction to the quiz right underneath the title? I’d like to put instructions in before customers are just thrown into the quiz. Even better would be a separate instruction section before the quiz starts.

And how can I make it so that I prevent this URL from coming up by just typing it in the Google search bar? I’d like to have it exclusively as a redirect after the opt-in.
