WP Reader shows comments feed instead of posts feed

When I entered my blog address in the WP Reader, it shows comments feed instead of my posts feed. But when I checked the feed address, both of the feeds (posts and comments) in rss and atom worked well. My followers have been affected too–they see comments in my blog in their WP reader–not the posts.
I’ve tried everything but nothing seems to work. I have re-installed the wordpress engine, too–but it didn’t solve anything. I’ve installed a plugin that removed the comments feed too, but the WP Reader seems not affected–it still shows comments for my blog instead of posts.
What should I do?
