getting the following error on pantheon platform:

Uncaught Error: Call to a member function auth() on null in /srv/bindings/8ce8a0825dc14f40b128641ffcadd32a/code/wp-content/plugins/wp-redis/object-cache.php:1138

I tried update a new version of the plugin without any luck.

I did inlude the object-cache.php file in my wp-content folder per Pantheon docs.

Cannot link to the page as my dev site is DOWN. ??

    Hi @dxladner,

Did you make any recent changes that might be the cause of the issue? Or did it happen without any code changes?

Feel free to reach out to Pantheon Support directly for assistance debugging. I’m simply the maintainer of the plugin.

Thanks Daniel, I did reach out to Pantheon and they suggested to update the Redis plugin. I did make some changes on dev, very minor, but went back and removed those codes changes but still nothing. I will reach back out to Pantheon and let you know what I find out.

    Daniel,

reporting back. We think that there might have been a temporary connection issue with the plugin and the redis server thus causing the error. The PHP errors has gone from my dashboard and after Pantheon restarted and cleared all caches the site came back up. So far so good. Feel free to close this ticket. Thanks for the quick response. Not all plugin developers provide this kind of quick service without a service plan ?? Enjoy!
