WP-reloaded Issues!!!

    I am working on a ticking clock to get my site ready by the end of the month and it’s 99.98% ready execpt a few small details. One is dealing with WP-reloaded I want to change the bakground color of my table exept the title row that is a different color. I also want a border “white”, small in size maybe 10px in width to go all around my table with a black outline. I really need to do this fast any help will be appreciated!!!
