Wp reset mdp mail is sent instead of the custom one

    Hello there,

    I have created a custom email for the reset password email.
    it is activated but the only one sent is the default wp.

    what am i missing ?

    Ok i found the extension problem.

    seems that you are not compatible with user role editor :s

    How can we work this out ?

    Are you use another plugin, such as Members?
    I know this works with BNFW.

    I am but when i checked from conflict, all being disabled, it cames from user role editor plugin

    My apologies – I didn’t read my last reply before sending.

    What I meant to ask was:
    Can you use another plugin, such as Members, instead of the User Role Editor plugin?
    The Members plugin has a user role editor built in and I know it works with BNFW.

    well the problem is that we use user role editor to edit permission,
    I am diggin into members to see if we can do the same but not sure :s

    that incompatibility is really weird tho,

    Hi @beware,
    It depends how a plugin is coded. Members has a really good code base which uses standard WordPress hooks and filters. I can’t say whether or not Use Role Editor does the same but it sounds like maybe it doesn’t due to the compatibility issue.

    Members does have a role and capability editor – I use it on almost every website I built for these two features.
