WP REST API filter post with featured image

  • Embeds are URLs that are expanded, such as a youtube video. They are in the content and have nothing to do with featured images.
    Featured images are stored in the posts table, and have a post meta indicator. So you could get all the featured images and then use the parent ID to get the post itself.
