WP Retina 2X with imgix

    I am new to WP and am interested in using your plugin with WP so that full DPI-supported image markup is generated.

    I would like to know if your plugin can be configured to not generate the image variations but still output the appropriate image markup. I ask this because I want to use the https://www.imgix.com/ plugin and for this, you only need supply the single (largest) image and they will render the different sized images on your behalf.

    If your code provides the appropriate and correct srcset/sizes markup, it will do this.

    I’d really appreciate your thoughts around this if you have the time! ??

    Yes, that what it does ??

    WP Retina 2x also does it for you.

    If your code provides the appropriate and correct srcset/sizes markup, it will do this.

    Should be fine, as long as they use the standard @2x extension. They probably do.
