Yes, I would exclude them. Combining and/or (further) minifying already minified JS files can lead to malfunction.

WP Rocket allows using wildcards, doesn’t it? If so, I’d do something like *caos*.

CAOS doesn’t load external libraries. It downloads them and serves them from your server. That’s why I’d exclude any files generated by CAOS, i.e. *caos* or more specific *uploads/caos*.
