WP-Rocket: SIde Cart appears blank with empty cart

I notice when WP-Rocket is turned on and I have an empty cart, I get a blank white side cart when the cart is empty. I excluded /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/cart-fragments.min.js on one of the scripts I don’t want cached inside of WP-Rocket’s File Optimization settings. But the blank cart persists. How can I get my empty cart to appear with Rocket on?
