After setting up Solid Security, WP Rocket is giving me this message.

It seems a security plugin or the server’s firewall prevents WP Rocket from accessing the Remove Unused CSS generator. IPs listed here in our documentation should be added to your allowlists:

    • – In the security plugin, if you are using one
    • – In the server’s firewall. Your host can help you with this

I added the list of IPs from the above url to the authorized hosts under Settings. But it has not worked.

Is there anything that I am missing?

    Hi @spk100, glad you’re here!

If adding the WP Rocket IPs to Authorized Hosts did not help, please try to check if one of these settings will resolve it:

    • Disable Default Ban List in Security > Settings > Features > Firewall > Ban Users – Default Ban List
    • Disable Disable PHP in Plugins in Security > Settings > Features > Advanced > System Tweaks – PHP Execution
    • Enable XML-RPC in Security> Settings> > Features > Advanced > WordPress Tweaks – Enable XML-RPC and allowing Default Access to the REST API

You can also try deactivating the currently active Solid Security features one at a time to see if the issue resolves.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi,

Disabling the ban list seems to have worked.

    Thank you.
