Which role (WP or UM) is the primary? I have the toolbar hidden from members (mostly subscribers) but some Members (UM) are Editors (UM) and need to have access to the toolbar. This had been working before an update I believe (not sure which). Now, members who should be able to create posts and edit by selecting EDIT from WP toolbar no longer see toolbar. Is there a way to show toolbar to all WP roles EXCEPT subscribers? I don’t want to change the Editor’s UM role as they are a Member and need to show in Member Directory and other filter lists.

    Hi @ockographics,

Have you checked “Force hiding adminbar in frontend?” settings in Ultimate member -> User roles -> your user role?

Yes, but again, there are MEMBERS who are WP Editors or Administrators that we want to have access to toolbar at front end. And we don’t want to change these members to another UM role. Any way to do it by USER, or have WP Editors override UM role setting?

    Hi @ockographics,

I’m afraid it is not possible this way, you have to create additional User Role.

    Regards.
