wp-settings.php Problem in Today’s Nightly Build?

I tried to update to today’s nightly build (2004/10/10) and got the following error message:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/home/greece/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions-user.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php/pear/’) in /home/greece/public_html/blog/wp-settings.php on line 52
The nightly build of 2004/10/04 is running without any problem.
