WP Shopify not working

I watched the one that is displayed in the help section on the setting of WP Shopify on WP – to set up the develop a app, ive developed the app and saved all the API’s and if I click on the links on the right hand side in settings they all work and take me to shopify, but there still isnt any products listed on WP site

That video was helpful in setting up the API and other store related activities, remaining stuff will happen by using the shortcode. Have you already tried the shortcodes available?

1. Create a page, insert shopify shortcode
2. Create another page, insert the shopify product related shortcode and name this page as “Product”

That’s it

Sorry to sound daft but where do I add the shortcodes on the page? how do I input them?

Most of the users were missing the storefront API key access token field, they are initially using the admin side API key not the storefront. I have also replied to the other support thread, so please continue discussion there.

I just installed the plugin. I can see items using the shortcodes (not all) but my main problem is when I click on the item it doesnt take me to my shopify store, it just adds the product ID to my site’s URL and then comes up as a 404 error. Any suggestions?

Correct, actually there are two shortcodes. One is for the single product page and the other is for the shop/products list, either you created just one page or you missed the slug/permalink for the single product page. Kindly rename the slug/permalink for the single product page to “product” and let me know if it fixes your issue.

My client just wants to be able to display products and have them link to his shopify site. Is that not possible with this plugin?

Yes, it is possible. Check the shortcodes attribute, you will see “url-type”, if you set it to “shopify”, your desired outcome will be there.
