WP Shopping Cart Sales Tax Issue

    I am using WP Shopping Cart 3.7.5.3 with Gold Cart on a site in the US.
    Sales Tax rates can only be set up as one per state however state law says that I must collect tax on items shipped within my state at the local county rate I am shipping to. Does anyone know when this will be addressed or how to modify the plug-in to work that way?
