The WPForms Signature Contract add-on you see here is a free ‘bridge’ plugin that we offer to connect WPForms with our plugin, WP E-Signature!
In order to connect these two platforms, you’d need WP E-Signature with the Processional License or higher. Then you can download WPForms and create a workflow that auto-populates the data from a form submission into an E-Signature document automatically!
