wp-signup.php site reditects to main blog page

OK. I did this myself. I renamed wp-signup.php to something else. I think it was .”wp-addABlog.php” I changed it back, and NOW whenever I click on it or try to load wp-signup.php into my browser, it redirects directly to the front page of my blog https://blogpeoria.com. I don;t want to go changing files willy nilly. Some advice please? Thank you.
