WP site errors after installing plugin

    I installed your plug in on my client’s site https://www.styleconfidante.com.au

    Since installing and activating, I have been locked out of the front end site, the plug has disappeared from the back end plugins folder and I receive these errors on the home page:

    Notice: Constant WP_DEBUG already defined in /home/stylec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-logo-slider/the-logo-slider.php on line 11

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/stylec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-logo-slider/the-logo-slider.php:11) in /home/stylec/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228

    Urgent help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
