WP site URL

Hi all, kind of a quick simple question, I hope.

I’ve uploaded a WP site to my hosting about 1 month ago. It’s in a sub folder (eg. https://www.mysite.com/wordpress/). If I move all the files out of the subfolder into mysite folder, do I have to make any changes to any files. I know I’ll have to change any links that have the subfolder in, but is there anything else?
