wp sitemap

I’ve had a problem with a plug in that blocked my ability to access wp-admin to work on my site. i contacted Blue Host that helped me to fix the problem working through the wp-content/plugin file. I’ve now reconstructed my site plugins with only those that are preferred. However, the sitemap is not generating despite trying various plugins. I had used wp-sitemap previously and it auto generated beautifully. Now I can’t generate anything. What can I do? My site is https://www.caringisorganic.com.
