wp-sitemap.xml is denied by google search console

Hi – Since version 5.5 wordpress generates sitemaps. With aiowps active, google search console returns 403 when trying to register a wordpress native sitemap.
When i deactivate aiowps then i can register sitemaps on google search console.
I tried to reactivate the plugin and then started to disable aiowps features step by step. Disabling the firewall did not solve the problem. I don’t know how to find out what causes this 403 response with aiowps active.
Do you have any clue, how to resolve this issue?
