“wp snow” plugin does not run on the entire site

    Hi team,
    I have installed the “wp snow” plugin on my website,
    unfortunately it only runs in the upper part, that is, when I scroll down, the snowflakes can no longer be seen.
    What can I change, or does it only run over the entire site in Pro
