WP Social Login Plugin redirecting to 404

I have tried this plugin several times but I don’t know what happened to this Plugin,when I am clicking on any social media icon to login it is redirecting to 404 page.

I have used this plugin in about 50 of projects and work absolutely perfect but now in this project it is creating problem.

Does any one know why it is happening.

I have searched over google but no good answer to solve my issue.
