WP Staging Plugin – was working great, nearly completed the website for a charity that I want to help (doing FOC) and all of a sudden it is showing error messages which I think may be something to do with the Staging site:

Can anyone help as I’m doing this for an amazing charity and really want to get it live for them. Any help or advice at all is gratefully received!

    Hi @the-andrew-grene-foundation ,

First, you have a duplicate definition of “WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY”?. This needs to be fixed from wp-config.php.

Second, a script or plugin trying to modify the header information. Possibly, invalid configuration in wp-config.ph or header.php.

Third, We must see why memory issue is produced. Possibly the small server configuration can resolve the issue?https://wp-staging.com/docs/wp-staging-settings-for-small-servers/.

We have received your free support ticket and responded to that as well.

The error now isn’t showing on the live website dashboard now BUT when I login to see the staging site, and then try and go to the staging site dashboard to edit any of the pages, it just shows a white page with the debug errors on it:

This is so upsetting as I’ve worked so hard to get this site done for the charity and all of a sudden it’s stuck and I can’t edit it anymore. I have the log file if that would help?

I am not a coder so don’t know what you mean about going into the WP_CONFIG.

I followed your instruction about the small server settings but that didn’t do anything.

So disappointed with this plugin. Having to start again ??

    Hello Lucy, @the-andrew-grene-foundation

René here, founder of WP STAGING.

I like to emphasize that your error has nothing to do with the wp staging plugin. You did something on your website which broke it. You can uninstall wp staging and will still get the error.

Anyway please feel free to contact my team and open a support ticket and I am offering you a free check why your staging site is broken: https://wp-staging.com/contact-us-presale-and-premium-support/

Please mention this thread here with your support request (send the link to it), so that we have all information on hand.

    Cheers
    René
