    This plug-in came recommended by wp-staging: https://wp-staging.com/docs/skip-woocommerce-orders-and-products/ I have this installed on both my production and staging site. I setup the plugin on my production site to start at order#11001 {number_start_from:11001}

    When I export the orders using another recommended plugin by wp-staging called
    Order / Coupon / Subscription Export Import Plugin for WooCommerce (BASIC), before importing I’ll check out the export file with excel.
    It shows the order ID as 4404 (which is the post ID) and the order Number as 11001. When I import this file back to staging my Order# flips back to the order ID and not the Order Number like I had hoped for.

    First of all make sure you have install our plugin in both site.

    if you use plugin in both site then problem with import plugin. i suggest use our import export plugin
