You’ll need to provide some more details. What version did you upgrade from? Can you load the other WP Statistics pages?

This could be caused by limited memory or something wrong in the database.

what kind of information do you want?

yes other pages is ok. memory is 2048M. I use the latest version and wp 3.9.

2048 what’s on your box, but PHP will be limiting the amount of memory a page can use, check your php.ini file for the memory_limit setting.

it’s because of Google map!! after disabling Google map in dashboard, this issue solved. I’m confused.

When you say you disabled the map, which of the following did you do?

    a) select ‘Disable Map’ in the settings
    b) de-select ‘Get country location from Google’

I mean I checked disable map checkbox in the setting.
