WP Statistic does not show visitors at all

    Hey,

    I’ve got a problem with my visitors.
    No visitors and views are displayed since 08 March, even if I know exactly that people have visited the page.

    Can anyone help me, please?

    Hello @mrspuffintravel,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Would you be able to confirm whether the “Do Not Track” option is currently enabled in your settings? You can find this option at:

    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Privacy > Do Not Track

    If it is enabled, please turn it off and then try to view your stats again. If you continue to experience any issues, please let me know and I will be happy to assist you further.

    I’ve already turned off “Do Not Track” and unfortunately it still doesn’t work.

    I found the issue! I installed the plugin “WP Super Cache” last week and this somehow resulted in no more visitors being displayed.
