wp statistics showing 0 visitors & vists

are you using cache plugin ? for example WP Total Cache?

The same issue. While Google analytics has more than 1000 visits recorded(that is a number for my site), the plugin shows less than 100. The plugin works well before, the plugin and Goole shows almost the same. But after the update days before (both wp 5.2 and wp-statistics 12.6.5) this issue keeping troubling me. I tried the update on other sites, met the same issue, and no other plugin on.

Please help me, I have same problem. I’m using WP fastest cache. After updating wordpress 5.3 and the plugins, no stat is showing. What can I do?

I have the same issue. Using WP 5.3.2 an WP fastest Cache.

Statistics counts correctly when cache has been cleared, but seems to count less and less when left.

The solution described here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wp-statistics-and-wp-fastest-cache/ does not work.

Can you please help us?

Uncheck use caching plugin in the settings. It sounds weird but it looks like this plugin has it backwards. When uncheck the hits will show again.
