The REST API is blocking requests because the provided nonce cookie is invalid.
Are you perhaps using WP Fastest Cache?
We’ve seen issues where WP Fastest Cache caches nonce cookies which means sometimes stale nonces are used. You can get around that by disabling browser caching in the WPFC menu.
