WP-Super-Cache: IIS web.config support (not a support question)

Not a support question, but couldn’t find a contact email address.

To whom of the plugin developers can I send some information regarding WPSC and web.config rewrite rules for IIS, and other IIS web.config-settings? I’ve configured my website to serve index.html.gz files through IIS, which not many users do I guess. It works pretty well, except for a cache mismatch every now and then, which is probably IIS’ fault.
