WP Super Cache just doesn't do anything

  • Hey there!

    I just installed WP Super Cache with all the reommended settings and nothing happens.

    The check tells me it fails
    Google Pagespeed, GTMetrix, etc. tell me no caching is used.

    What is going on here?

    I am facing some strange things here. Also I seem to have troubles when I use WP Smush.it. Sometimes I even get a timeout.

    I did a lot with this installation in the past. Installed W3 TC and dozens of other things.

    Is it possible that my installation is corrupt in some parts? If so, how to check and solve this?

    Three days passed after I enabled the WP Super Cache.
    The result of Google PageSpeed is still same with before.
