    i want to know that do I need to uninstall the plugin Wp-super cache to use this plugin, or that plugin run parellel.

    @deabiodun ok I got it, so from this Plugin only need to activate cache rest setting will be from wp-optimize. am I right?

    Yes, only activate the caching in one of the plugins.
