    Hi,

    I am running my blog on a server with APC installed. If i enable both APC and WP-Cache i get blank files. I’ve addded

    apc.filters = wp-cache

    to php.ini in the [apc] section but that doesn’t seem to help. For the time being I’ve disabled APC and am using WP-Cache because the performance gains are more noticeable.

    Please look into this and let me know what I can do so that both APC and WP-Cache exist happily together..

  • From what I recall, APC has a number of problems with a couple of PHP files, including kses.php too. Have you tried xcache? That works really well and there’s even an object cache plugin for it!

    Most hosting providers these days should offer “eAccelerator”. It works with Zend engines, and with everything else we have tried. And it’s much faster and less hassle than APC or xcache. All of these are open products, but you may wish to check performance benchmarks of all of these–many people have run them. I fail to understand why people would use APC anymore.
