• Hello!
I have a new VPS. I have installed DirectAdmin and upgrade PHP to 5.5.16, installed some: Zend OPCache, memcached and Google PageSpeed with default config.

I try install a new WordPress 3.9.2 and then, install WP Super Cache, but there are two cases occur:

    1. I can’t Enable Cache for my website. When I have checked the Caching On (Recommended), then click to Update Status, it’s ok. But When I click to “Test Cache”, All original back: “Caching Off” is checked. I have chmod .htaccess to 777, try chown to apache or [user], chmod public_html… All are not ok. I can’t Enable Caching for my site.

    2. In this case, also with a new wordpress website. The same, I can’t enable WP Super cache because error:
If you continue to see this warning message please see point 5 of the Troubleshooting Guide. The WP_CACHE line must be moved up.
Although wp-config.php file, I have taken it to the top lines.

Why it and how to fix? Thank you very much!
