WP Super Cache with Disabled cron

I’ve got cron jobs disabled in my wp-config file and set up a manual cron job to run once a day.
get -q -O – https://domain.com.au/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron >/dev/null 2>&1

Is there anything further I need to do to run WP Super Cache whilst having cron jobs disabled?
