WP-Supercache and jetpack site stats

Hi chaps,

My site has been growing a fair bit recently and I was told to install wp-supercache to make it run faster, as sometimes I was getting an error 500 message.

However, after I installed it and set it up as I was told on a guide, my ‘jetpack site stats’ seemed to have stopped going up. Noticed google analytics stopped too.

Do you guys have any ideas as to why? And a potential fix? Its crucial to the running of my site.
