WP Support Forum SEARCH: please add DATE to result listing!

I always try to ‘search’ the support forum before I ask my question to avoid double posts…

Yet:

• if I narrow my search down too much I get no results
• if I perform a general search I get too many results, most of them years old and not relevant at all!

Like today I was searching for ‘update hueman 2.2.5 to 3.1’ and received not a single relevant result, then I searched instead for ‘update hueman’ and received 2,740 results – not a single thread of the Page 1 results was in any way relevant to my questions. So I gave up!

If the date of the post would be included in the result listing it would be much easier to scroll past listings which are too old to be of any relevance.

Can’t be so difficult, or?

It’s showing the date, as well as option to sort by date. I’m kinda confused. Are you using the same search form?
