    Hi,
    I’m not getting any support for your WP Support Plus plugin even though I’ve paid a year’s subscription for the add-ons. The last response was 5 months ago. You advised that you will be providing an import feature so that I can import the tickets from the old plugin to this one. Can you please rollover my subscription to SupportCandy and kindly refund what I paid for WP Support Plus, or at least waive the fee for SupportCandy? Thank you.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Import feature is available almost 3 months ago but unfortunately we missed a communication.

    Please create ticket on our SupportCandy website, we will investigate this and will wave off SupportCandy.

    Meanwhile, also read this page for information about importing tickets and settings feom WP SUPPORT PLUS.
