It looks like you are using SiteGround hosting and you are using the SiteGround Optimizer plugin and the SiteGround Optimizer plugin adds defer code in all js.

Please refer to the below screenshot and go to the “Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS” option.

You will add two js in the “Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS” option.
1. jquery.min.js
2. jquery.migrate.min.js

Please flash cache and check.
