WP themes and social comments integration

    After having used multiple themes I learned that not every WP-theme is able to pull in the social media comments when you ‘disable Social comment’s display’.

    I wonder if you can give me the solution to solving this issue. Is there perhaps a functionality or theme support line that I can add to functions.php of any theme to make it tick?

  • It’s not a “pulling them in” issue, it’s a “showing them on the front-end” issue. If you disable Social’s comment display, you’re at the mercy of the theme.

    Yess. And now I would like to know if you can manipulate this into a child theme, for instance??
