WP Time Capsule not working with Godaddy Managed WordPress

I’m running into issues with Godaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting service.

It appears that once WP Time Capsule is installed, other plugins will auto-deactivate themselves soon afterward.

Are you aware of this behavior?
