WP Time Capsule staging not working

    Hello, I am trying to create a staging website but I get the below error:
    Error: Cannot create staging folder.

    Any fix for it?
    I have created a backup and I am an admin of the website.

    I have the same problem, in the logs it says: “Testing connection by uploading bridge file is failed”.

    How can we fix it?

    Have you guys installed the WPTC plugin on a site hosted on WordPress.com?
    WP Time Capsule works only on www.ads-software.com sites.

    If you are experiencing the reported error on www.ads-software.com sites, I kindly request you to write to our technical support team (help at wptimecapsule dot com).

    We will investigate further and assist you in sorting out the error.

    support answered me saying “WPTC will not work on sites hosted on WordPress.com sites”.
