WP time off by about 9 minutes :(

I figured out why I can’t login. The WP time doesn’t match the actual time. The timezone is set correctly, the odd thing is that the time is off my about 9 minutes, odd.

Any idea on how to get the time to show correctly.

I’m on a multisite installation and on local machine. Not sure if that makes a difference.
