WP total cache and newsletter subscribe not working

I’ve been using the newsletter and its been working well until I started using total cache, now the newsletter subscribe doesn’t work, mostly on individual posts pages (it works on the homepage). I’ve tried setting the js files and css files to not minify as well as disabling database/object cache but nothing seems to fix the problem. Can you help?
