WP Touch Pro showing mobile version on Windows 8 desktop

Hi and thanks for your help,
We have installed the WP Touch Pro version on the site and it shows the mobile version of the site on a computer using Windows 8 and a touch screen (Windows 8, Touch version).
Is there a way to prevent this?
